• Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery for an exchange (International, including New Zealand customers have an allowance of 24 days), gift card or refund. This does not includes sale items, all sale items are considered final sale.

• For hygienic reasons, all swimwear returns must have their hygiene seal intact. Items must be received in original condition - unworn, unwashed, with all tags still attached.

• We process all Australian returns within 2 business days of receiving your items, and within 4 business days for International returns.
  We will send you an email with the details of your processed return.

• Please email lillaswimcontact@gmail.com if you believe your product is damaged or faulty. Please provide any necessary images of faulty product.

• The original postage cost is non-refundable when a return is made.

• International customers (outside of Australia) are required to pay for their return shipping costs.

• If the item you are exchanging for becomes out of stock while your return is in transit, you will automatically be given a store credit.

 

Gift Cards

• Store credit is issued via Gift Card and can be used to make a future purchase, valid for 3 years from date of issue.
• Gift Cards cannot be refunded
